Return Policy

Please read all policies before finalizing your purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to be fully informed of our policies before making a purchase.

Do not mail return without receiving a return approval first.

Return period:Item/s must be returned within 14 days of delivery. We will not accept a return after 14 days. If we approve your return, you must promptly send your item/s and ensure that the returned item/s is received by us within the return period.  Any returned item/s that arrives after the return period will be rejected regardless of prior approval and sent back to you at your expense.

Additional Return Details:
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 

Please allow 5 Business days for us to process your return. If return is approved after inspection, it will be processed and returned in the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days to be credited back.


All returns are processed for the purchase price of the item/s exclusive of original shipping charges. All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise return should the customer choose to return an item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received with the original tags intact. Items must be free of stains, odors and damage. Items must be unwashed and unworn. Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.

*Nonreturnable Items:
Body suits, bathing suits, intimate apparel, accessories, white clothing, sale items and clearance items are not returnable. Sales of the aforementioned items are final.

Please note:
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
